Ballet Workout Class

You don’t need to be a ballerina to start this class, you only have to like long, strong, lean muscles. A class that combines floor and barre elements of ballet, elongates the limbs, improves the flexibility and body posture, makes you happier, stronger and more relaxed after each class. What else do you need after a long day at the office?
